... knows that she is enough and anything which doesn't support that truth is illusion
... understands the importance of creating and keeping a harmonious home - her castle (or treehouse, cottage, beach shack, houseboat, apartment, high rise, farm) is her sanctuary
... knows that less is truly more - less clutter, less processed foods, less fear
... seeks and speaks truth
... creates healthy boundaries for herself and releases that which doesn't serve her highest good
... models what she wishes to teach little queens and kings
... knows what she wants and more importantly knows how to ask for it
... understands that the external beauty she in the world is a reflection of her internal beauty
... trusts her intuition and uses it as her guide
... understands that money is vital to life force and legacy and is something to be embraced - not feared or undervalued. She claims her worth and knows the value she creates through her services and offerings. When a queen creates financial abundance for herself she gives permission for others to do the same.
... knows that the purpose of money is to be in continuous flow and not hoarded. She understands money as an energy exchange represented by paper and is able to freely give and receive responsibly and sacredly.

... shuns perfection in all forms with a deep knowledge that perfection simply IS. She knows mistakes allow for growth and the learning curve of life is to be embraced. A queen is grateful for her mistakes and the imperfections of life and humbly receives the lessons they teach.

... understands that jealousy is a signal of an unmet need and a carrier of the deeper message of what is possible and available to her. In other words a queen will notice where the jealousy is coming from: another’s book deal, exotic vacation or thriving business - and ask what is possible and available to her. She will then gather tools to expand or create her business, excavate the book that is living within her or break out the world map. Book that plane ticket, girl! You are a queen, world travel is your birthright.

Concious Queens keep a calendar and schedule restoration activities such as rest, self nourishment, chick flicks and massages accordingly. A raging queen is rarely of service but a pampered queen surely is.
... knows she didn’t awaken and rise her inner queen by giving her power away
... knows who she is, why she is here and takes daily action accordingly
... walks her walk, knows what she stands for and is strong in her integrity. She is not a chameleon.
... embraces imperfection. She knows that falling off her horse during the parade is part of the process - as is getting back up.
... understands she is continuously becoming, evolving, a constant work in progress, spiraling and moving with the rhythms of life. She knows there is no grand arrival - unless of course she is arriving at her studio, to dinner, an art show, her book signing, a red carpet premiere, the everyday moments of her children's lives, or simply showing up for herself.

I read this when you first posted it a few months ago, but I keep coming back to it, especially now at the start of a new year, it's a great reference to aspire to. I absolutely love it, it is so well-thought-out. As a woman hurling towards 40, and mother of two, I can so relate to all parts this manifesta. I just want to say thank you for putting it out there for everyone, it is really a gift on your part.
